1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or placing a bet on kp333, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and kp333. They apply to all products on the site — casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, fishing games, and any promotional offers.

2. Eligibility & Account Rules

Who can register

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. kp333 is intended for players in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm you are not on any self-exclusion list and that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws that apply to you personally.

One account per person

Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you lose access to your account, contact support rather than opening a new one.

Accurate information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a working phone number when registering. kp333 may ask you to verify your identity before your first withdrawal (see the KYC process at kp333 Withdrawal & KYC Guide). Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password private. kp333 will never ask for your password by email or chat. Log out after each session on shared devices. Report any unauthorised access to us immediately at [email protected].

3. Deposits & Payment Rules

The minimum deposit is ৳350. Deposits are processed through the payment methods listed below. kp333 does not accept third-party payments — the name on the payment account must match your registered name.

All transactions are in BDT (৳). Deposits made using a payment method that does not match your verified account name may be reversed and the funds returned, minus any transfer costs incurred.

4. Withdrawals & Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,200. Your daily withdrawal limit is ৳65,000. First-time withdrawals are reviewed within 2 hours after KYC is approved; subsequent withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

kp333 sends withdrawals only to the same payment method used for your deposit. This is an anti-fraud measure and cannot be bypassed. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact live chat before requesting a withdrawal.

KYC before first withdrawal

You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is released. Accepted documents: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. The review takes up to 6 hours. Full details are on the Withdrawal & KYC Guide page.

5. Bonus Policy & Wagering

All bonuses on kp333 are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard requirement is 8× (bonus amount × 8). Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited.

Bets placed on certain low-margin markets or games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering. Sports bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering at all. kp333 reserves the right to void bonuses if we detect coordinated bonus abuse or self-cancelling bets.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

kp333 is built for individual recreational play. The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, or a permanent ban:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to gain an unfair advantage
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Colluding with other players in live games or tournaments
• Depositing funds on behalf of another player (third-party funding)
• Any form of money laundering or use of kp333 accounts for financial fraud
• Attempting to exploit software bugs rather than reporting them to support

If you discover a bug that affects game outcomes or balances, report it to [email protected] immediately. Good-faith bug reports are appreciated and will not result in any penalty.

7. Game Rules & Disputes

Each game on kp333 operates under the rules set by its provider — Spribe, PG Soft, JDB, Habanero, or Evolution. In the event of a conflict between a game's on-screen rules and these Terms, the game provider's rules govern that specific game round.

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault on our server, kp333 will either void the round and return your stake, or complete the round based on the state of play at the time of the fault. We will not credit winnings for rounds that cannot be verified.

To raise a dispute about a game outcome, contact live chat within 48 hours of the round in question. Include the game name, date, time, and round ID (visible in your bet history). Disputes raised after 48 hours may not be investigated.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

At your request

You can close your account at any time by contacting live chat or emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance above ৳1,200 will be returned to your verified payment method after KYC is confirmed. Pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.

kp333 may suspend or close an account immediately if we detect fraud, identity document forgery, prohibited conduct (as listed in Section 6), or activity that puts other players at risk. In cases of confirmed fraud, balances will be forfeited. In all other cases, verified real-money balances will be returned.

Self-exclusion

If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent). Contact live chat to activate this. During exclusion, you cannot deposit, bet, or claim bonuses. See our Responsible Gaming page for more detail.

9. Liability & Service Availability

kp333 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We aim for continuous uptime but cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. kp333 is not liable for losses caused by internet outages on your end, device failures, or circumstances outside our control.

Our total liability to you for any single incident is capped at the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding that incident. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages under any circumstances.

10. Changes to These Terms

kp333 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the website and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use kp333 after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.

If a change significantly affects your rights or an active bonus, we will give at least 7 days' notice before the change takes effect.
